Pros

The heating element fits snugly into the bottom of the pan, and it fits in either direction. It heats evenly across the non-stick surface which cleans quickly. The lid helps control splatters. Disappointed in the lid but highly satisfied with the grid... Read More

Zojirushi griddle is excellent. It makes excellent hash browns. The grill itself appears, thus far, to be very tough. Can be used to make veggie burgers.

Cleaning is a breeze. Food cleans off easily with little to no scrubbing. Construction makes cleaning easy and thorough and safe.

Cons

The surface is uneven and difficult to clean. It is difficult to use a metal spatula on it. Burnt pancake flakes are difficult to remove from the pan.

This one is just too expensive and the customer service is abysmal. Its my fault not returning it in the beginning. After that it loses its non stick ability more and more.
