Pros

First piece of quality about the machine is that it was flawless; no smudges or scratches and only a hint of dust on the very top. This is the best coffee maker i have ever owned, and i wanted to shout about it!

It brews hot, smooth, flavorful coffee. It beeps when coffee is ready (you have the option to mute the beeps) it makes very strong coffee, just like starbucks.

The glass carafe model is 12 cups and they are almost the same dimensions. The stainless steel pot holds the coffee temperature right to the last drop.

Cleaning is as easy as 1-2-3 as there are only 3 the filter basket, carafe and the carafe lid. The thermos has a very wide mouth and, therefore, is extremely easy to clean which is different than any other thermos we have had in the past. The clear wa... Read More

The controls are simple and intuitive to understand. Operating procedures are very streamlined andsensible. The timer and settings work perfectly.

Both machines (the first one we had replaced) ended up leaking from the glue portion within a month.

We didn’t go for a third one and instead focused on trying to find a better quality machine.

Yes, it is expensive but it makes great coffee.

So i wanted something that made coffee as good as that, but didn’t cost as much.

Shipping

It arrived yesterday afternoon and i got it prepped for today’s morning coffee.

It arrived next day (thankfully cuz i don’t function without coffee) and it was better than pictured.

Competitiveness

Pricing other brands, with similar functions this was approx <$20 more and i felt with the history of my original i was happy with that.

The water heats up so the coffee flavor is much better than all the others i have purchased.
