The end result was quite remarkable i ran the cleaning cycle

Not only did it cleaned all the scaling off the bottom of the pot the most telling was how clean the filter was after the cleaning cycle is complete

However if you google zojirushi cleaner you can find a youtube video that tells you how to use this
