Pros

I've always loved zojirushi stuff, they are durable and reliable. Easy to use & cleanup is a breeze. My 9 year old kid know to use it with my supervision.

Very pleased with this little gem. Love this rice cooker. This is fantastic!

Cons

The quality of the materials used is high but in terms of functionality, it completely fails. In addition, the product has very minimal features.

Water leaks out due to a loose wiggly lid. The water always start bubbling and splaterring with the lid on. The rice is always mushy and sticky.
