Also gaba rice to get the greatest benefit requires soaking 3 hours at 30c and sprouting 21 hours before cooking which this cooker doesn’t do source ncbi

My one quibble is that it doesnt being a countdown timer until the last 10 minutes but you can find hints in the manual about the approximate cooking times

The standard setting works fine and you can if you wish add 30 minutes to the timer to get the same custom setting
