Pros
It's never sticky or burnt on the bottom.
The brand is well known and it is replacing one that’s is about 5 years old. I recommend using the smaller one instead of the 10-cup. Am looking to a long association with great pleasure.
It is super slick. Easy to clean and use. I wished i would have bought it sooner.

Don't use the 1 knuckle rule for water measure. I am confused as to how this is helpful as i cannot use it the way it was intended to be used. The parts are cheap, and it is not any easier to clean than the tiger.

Always well priced and easy to use to make perfect rice!
I tried an inexpensive aroma cooker for brown rice and it died after only 6 uses.
It’s a lot to spend on a rice cooker but worth every penny and more.
It is expensive, but it does such a great job that i cannot complain in the slightest.

This one is superior to lower priced brands.
It takes longer than some brands but it also cooks rice very well and worth it!
There really is a difference between rice makers.
We occasionally over the years will upgrade to a new unit but we have owned the zo brand for 50 yrs.
