The old cheap cooker i had previously would scorch the bottom of the rice even if you immediately turned it off and stirred when it was finished

One odd thing if you unplug it the clock stays on so you might think it isnt working the next time when you press buttons and it does not respond

Slow cooker function is great but the fill line is pretty low so the capacity isnt great for slow cooking

For some reason the digital screen shows a random time when its not plugged in so i have to double check the plug and make sure the little song plays to start the cook
