Recently bought a replacement for one that fell from the counter breaking the inner glass thermos even that episode showed the quality in as much as the broken pieces could be heard to rattle but no broken glass came through the inner liner

Note that the top lid will not unscrew from the canister when the button is in the open position

You have to tip it way up to make it pour

Oh it does have issues water can get trapped inside and the push button does get stubborn and wont work correctly

Went to a local hardware store that had springs a true value and bought a 3 spring for 95 cents
