Pros
Coffee stays hot all day! It still amazes me to this day that when i put boiling hot water in it for tea it retains so much heat that even by 3:00pm in the afternoon i can burn my lips.
The zojirushi is stainless and not subject to paint scratches. Some minor scratches.
Decided to switch to the 51 ounce for convenience. Cosmetically it's still in good shape. The lid works well still.
Cons
This is the second zojirushi product as of late that i purchased that has been defective. Don't be fooled by the five year warranty. Def the worst purchase experience on amazon.
Very disappointed with the results ( even adding boiling water ) lukewarm at best after a few hours. The only plastic bit is the lid. The cup lid is all plastic, yuck.
The zojirushi flask leaks. All of the stoppers are not leak proof, they are design to be leak resistant. I like the kleen kanteen insulated thermos much more.

Quality
Zojirushi makes excellent quality things and this is no exception.
Unbelievably high quality and doesn't leak a drop.
Mine was made in japan and i hope that the quality is still there with the new stuff.
Packaging/appearance
I would suggest getting something like a bottle brush to clean all the little crevices in the cap.

Excellent and great quality, like all zojirushi products.
This is my second zojirushi thermos and i still use my first.

This is large and a bit hard to carry unless you carry it in your hands which i find hard to do with bulky gloves i wish the strap to carry it was long enough to put across my shoulders and sturdy enough to not give out at the slightest bit of resistance

I do get leaks but there is a hole in the top i think water gets trapped in when i wash it and the leaks i get are coming from there

I believe that to be the cause because of the color of the liquid dripping out it is never the color of my tea

I tested it by putting boiling hot water in it and 36 plus hours later it was still hot

Be aware that when pouring a drink the lid only lets out water not ice and water unless you purposefully unscrew the lid to dump out ice also
