Pros

Overall a great carafe that probably will last for years. Kohl's carries zojirushi products as well. It has it's flaws, but they are not enough that i think it takes away from a good rating.

Cons

This item is cheap chinese junk not worthy of the zo name. It cannot be closed off completely, so there is a small hole that is always open. I'm guessing some heat escapes from that hole.

Best carafe i have ever had, and the first one i feel like i can thoroughly clean, including the lid.
