Pros
This product is fantastic! You wont be disappointed. It's worth the money and it's very durable. Matte black also looks quite sleek.
It keeps ice in cube form for a ridiculously long amount of time. Only downside is that the coffee doesn't quite taste as good drinking directly from it. It also causes me to drink the coffee more slowly so i enjoy it all day long.
Lid locks securely and stays closed. It's vacuum insulated and it has a double locking lid. Great for throwing the thermos in a bag when you're headed out the door.
The mug is taller and thinner than i expected from a 16oz travel mug. It easily fits into my car's cup holder.
It keeps hot drinks hot for about 6 hours before there's a noticeable drop in temperature. Zojirushi travel mugs are the only ones i have been able to find. It keeps temperatures well, does not leak, and is easy to clean.
Cons
At that time, it was listed as stainless steel. They only cover for anything related to the insulation.

Only issue is that while easy to clean there is a small hole in the mouth piece of the thermos that you need to clean or itll get nasty

You have to make sure that your coffee is drinkable before putting it into this mug

Otherwise the mug does too good of a job and if you put coffee straight from a keurig into it it will remain lava hot for hours especially closed and sealed

They have never leaked they stay hot for an almost unnatural amount of time ive had hot coffee at 8am when i poured it the previous lunch time and it has withstood countless trips from everyday commutes to around the world

As long as you close the cap when youre not actually drinking from it it should keep the beverage hot or cold enough to satisfy you until youve consumed all 20 ounces
