Somehow i must have banged the catch because it had broken so although the bottles are great and keep beverages very warm or very cold for long time they are useless if they cannot be closed

After 2 years it is showing some scratches on the outside which i consider character

One negative after just 2 years the latch on the lid broke and makes this mug virtual useless
