The stainless steel on the inside has not stained, or tarnished in the slightest. If you learn that the hard way, you’ll understand why there’s a caution sticker and why they don’t want you to remove it. Had every contigo & hands down zoji wins.

As long as you put the seal back on properly after washing, it never leaks.

It still looks like brand new. After months of use, it still performs like new.

Cons

Coffee tastes terrible in this mug. Hard plastic mouth piece is impossible to wash properly, as it has narrow tubes which get gunged up with dried bits. Build quality is so-so. The button is not metal but just coated plastic which flakes off.

I have a few bottles of this kind and none of them is comparable to this bottle when it comes to the quality.

We love iti highly recommend this product.

It probably lasts until 1pm without losing heat, and that's even with the lid open.

There is no “let it cool off a bit” scenario, even with the lid removed it’s gonna be a while.

Packaging/appearance

My regimen now is to make it into a regular cup so it cools a bit, then pour it into the zojirushi.

One drawback is that if you drink from the mouth piece and about to empty the contents, your nose will hit the inside of the cap.

The only complaint i have is that the outside of the bottle paint peels off in my diswasher.
