Pros

This is the best thermos i've ever bought. I drop it all the time no dents just scratches. Practice disassembling and reassembling the mug, so it becomes an easy to reassemble endeavor.

The zojirushi is very lightweight, while providing great insulation. No liquid spills out!

This zojirushi stainless steel vacuum-insulated mug is awesome. It keeps hot beverages hot to very warm longer/better than the contigo insulated mug i'd been using.

Cons

The bottle's durability is very lacking. Almost 200 reviews of this bottle mention a broken lid and mine broke. I'm not going to continue to drink out of this when i don't know if i'll be swallowing a piece of plastic liner.

Zojirushi claims it carries a 5 year warranty, but they will deny any warranty claim if the bottle shows the slightest dings. The product literature says that it is guaranteed for 5 years, but i cannot find any contact information other than a street ... Read More

I was so impressed with the quality and attractiveness of them that i bought one for my daughter and one for my sister.

Bought this along with the stanley trigger action and contigo autoseal to find which i liked the most.
