Pros

Zojirushi products are exceptional. The avg. Avg crush any others i have used. The design is well conceived and i am happy with every aspect.

Drinking through the flip-up top takes a little getting used to (think small sippy-cup) it allows for large and small sips, and doesn't bubble or gurgle. It is easy to drink from with no spillage.

The small pink one fits perfectly in the bottom of a purse or backpack. The 12-ounce option does the job perfectly. The slim design of 16 oz size fits an average sized hand easily.

Only annoyance is the lid sometimes kisses my nose and i get a coffee spot. They're at least as good as a standard yeti mug for travel. The fuller a mug is, the longer it'll stay hot.

Cons

Zojirushi claims it carries a 5 year warranty, but the process requests photos of the bottle and they will deny any warranty claim if the bottle shows the slightest dings. Better at keeping warm, but worse at everything else compared to contigo or oth... Read More

I was very pleased with the thermos.

Superior build quality, keeps drinks hot or cold for 7+ hours and nice opening mechanism.

I got the red one, but with the gloss it looks pink.

Packaging/appearance

Coffee is hot and so easy to drink right out of the thermos!

Tea stains and it's difficult to remove the tea stains from the lid.
