Zojirushi is just the best! Would highly recommend it. Expensive but worth it. Not a dealbreaker for me.

Incredible mug. I have many stainless mugs and zojirushi is the best.

The lid has multiple silicon parts that is completely removable for cleaning. Easy to disassemble and clean. Lock feature is easy to use with one hand and the lid holds open so not to flop in my face.

Canadian is $25 to expensive. Almost as much as another new mug on sale. Zojirishi handled my warranty request poorly. This garbage mug is a waste of $50.

There is a dark discoloration on the side. The colour description was deceiving. Overall, good idea and poor execution.

Plastic and rubber that easily breaks, wish they used some stainless steel parts. Made in thailand. Only thing securing the plastic spout is a tiny plastic latch. I have no idea how, it just came off when * the lid in.
