Pros

Once it is in the mug it stays at the temperature for an amazingly long time. It retains heat better than my thermos without needing to preheat the bottle.

It's a little pricey, but worth it. Top notch product. This one is for my ranch.

The 16 oz is the perfect fit! Stayed in my backpack side pouch just fine. I love hearing and mixing coffee or hot cocoa in my huge pyrex measuring cup.

The lock is zip tight and no leaks. It works well no leaking. No spilling and great heat retention. Designed specifically to prevent pressured beverage to spill out.

Cons

Save your money and get a yeti tumbler. Better at keeping warm, but worse at everything else compared to contigo or other similar thermos. Water in another bottle has no probelm! Probably will work as a mug, very messy to pour.

Only a 90 day warranty from date of purchase. Because it took so long to be delivered (6 weeks) it’s not returnable either. Zojirushi considers this a “cosmetic” defect and will not honor the warranty.

Coffee is hot and so easy to drink right out of the thermos!

Tea stains and it's difficult to remove the tea stains from the lid.

The zojirushi bottles are always well made and functional.
