I have yet to see what the actual warm-hour-limit will be, but i'm already a believer. The insulation is good enough that even without a lid, ice stays frozen for 48 hours.

The best part of the mug is the lid design. It has a narrower circumference, so it fits better in several of my bags with bottle pockets. The lid sometimes kisses my nose and i get a coffee spot.
