Pros

On the road it’s perfect for iced coffee. They also have a soup-type thermos--wide mouth and great size. They are completely leakproof!

Locking mechanism is excellent. I drop it all the time no dents just scratches.

This zojirushi stainless steel vacuum-insulated mug is awesome. It keeps hot beverages hot to very warm longer/better than the contigo insulated mug. This is by far the best traveler mug i've had for keeping drinks hot.

Cons

Zojirushi claims it carries a 5 year warranty, but the process requests photos of the bottle and they will deny any warranty claim if the bottle shows the slightest dings. I guess because it took so long to be delivered (6 weeks) it’s not returnable e... Read More
