Pros
The metallic orange is more beautiful than expected. It's a slightly shimmery super smooth orange like car paint. My only complaint is that zojirushi is hard to spell.
The lid seals well and the lock is a nice added feature. The flip lid is very easy to use when driving.
Hot coffee stays hot for hours. I find it necessary to put my coffee in it at a drinkable temperature. I am really pretty stunned by how well it keeps coffee/tea warm.
The thermos top is easy to disassemble and clean. Cleaning is easy once you pop out the plastic larynx like sipping section. This cleans easily.
As advertised, it keeps liquids absolutely piping hot for many, many hours. Even on the hottest days it keeps the liquid cold. That gives one a sense of the effectiveness of the thermal insulation.
Cons
Good bottle design has been wasted on cheap materials and idiotic sticker placement. The metal body flexes when you squeeze it, and when you add a hot beverage the thermal essentially becomes a hot ice pack.

Water was kept very hot for and over 6 hour car trip

I believe in this brand，i had same brand rice cooker bought from amazon，they both have good quality。16oz is small，the comparison in the picture is 32 oz，those are prepared for my kid。i think i will buy a 20oz for myself as well。the price is good too。
