They are lightweight and more compact than most major brands. The flip n sip tops and the locks are just perfect for my use. I love taking these on trips because they are so lightweight and easy to pack.

Works incredibly well. You have to hunt for one that does. A must-have to your santo collection.

Cons

The mug is vulnerable in some key areas. The screw on part does not seal the thermos - the small plastic bits are the only means of it staying shut. This is great to keep the bottle lightweight, but it will slip through your hand from time to time.

The latch mechanism keeps breaking. The latch is actually quite fragile and made with thin plastic. However, fact that it was dented with a protective cover on it with 1 drop means it is too fragile for real life.

I haven't had any problems with the lid breaking or lock features of this bottle.

My only complaint is that you have to double check for leaks from the lid.

Small issue not worth losing a star: the mouth is exactly 2” wide, as is the stand of the hario cone holder.
