Pros

The lid is more comfortable to drink from than other mugs by this brand. There is a little indentation that your nose fits into. Also the wider mouth makes this a breeze to clean.

Cons

I love zojirushi mugs, but this one is the worst so far. Piece o’ expensive junk. This tumbler is very disappointing.

It leaks from the hinge somehow. At first, i thought i wasn't * the top on tight enough but nope, design is faulty.

This style does not stay hot as long as their other bottles and wish this style came bigger.
