The performance reminds me more of the contigos i was perfectly happy with, before i discoveredzojirushi, years ago. Overall it sparks joy. Z makes good stuff.

This model is an outlier from their standard design. It’s truly fully disassemble for hand washing. After a good cleaning, leak test and coffee maker size verification, all is good.

Cons

Do not buy. This item is disappointing. This tumbler is very disappointing. That’s my fourth zojirushi travel mug but this one disappoint me.

New redesigned thermos doesn't keep coffee hot longer than 1 hour.

First of all, it smells. Secondly, it leaks! This lord direct come apart completely and there's no way to thoroughly clean the lid. It leaks from the hinge somehow.
