Very good product for a reasonable price.
However, for the price and how light weight it is, it's a great bag.

Great customer service, sent email and video describing the bag in detail before i even received the bag.
The delivery was incredibly fast and seller’s service on point.
I was annoyed when i was deducted the shipping fee of $7.
Packaging/appearance
Love how it fold up into itself to pack away if needed.
However, i have walked to the grocery store, and packed it till the zippers were straining, with no problem.
Small enough to pack in carry on luggage and use once in europe

Closer to the end of the hike i found it was quite hard on my shoulders as it has less support on the shoulders than other hiking bags

We ordered for under seat storage for my hubby when flying crazy how much we can pack in it and still not heavy or as heavy as my canvas tote

First one is still going strong after 2 years of use as a school bag but my son got the zipper caught up on the material and it was really jammed in there
