Pros
The handle is smooth and easy for gripping. It feels pretty sturdy as well. It is quite easy to push the button due to the unique design of the c handle. The handel fits nicely around the wrist freeing up your hand.
Cons
When i contacted them about the issue they told me to contact amazon instead. This is not a money back - or a replace product issue, this is about a frustration buying gifts if anything (like this) can go wrong.

Good quality umbrella, but lots of loose threads that don't affect the use of the umbrella.

Umbrella still functions but does not open properly and he has only had it for about a month and used it twice
