On first attempt the mouth piece seems to lack an actual opening but upon further inspection the opening should appear

To make the process easier understand that there is a valve seal between the tube and the mouth piece the rubber under the dust cover

The mouth piece can be removed to drink directly from the tube or can be bitten upon to make an opening to suck from

Now for the drawbacks this is why i only gave this review 4 starsi did not like the dispenser on the end of the bladder
