Pros
The spikes look solid but ill give an update once i’ve use these a few times to comment on durability. These are a life saver- literally. Would buy again and recommend to seniors, etc.
These fit perfectly and the straps made them extra secure. They go on easy and stay on, so long as the toe of your boot isn't too tall.
Cons
The strap across the top to secure the grippers was not included. When i tried them on my runners, they didn't stay in place (the velcro is useless to keep the whole cleat from moving).

The raised landing zone with the spikes in it do cause some discomfort to my feet i wish that raised area carried all the way to the toe

Tall boots may have a problem with the toe slipping off
