Eventually seller contacted me and offered replacement or refund
However the quality is pretty low the inner top closure broke completely after just a couple of uses under extremely light stretch
After having used the broken bag for a while i am raising a bit the ranking apart for that piece the one that lets you close the top inside and also extend to add more volume that breaks easily the bag is pretty decent for the price
