Pros
Folding is tricky. Once you get the hang of folding it up, it takes seconds to put away. Folding it back down is a bit more tricky, or at least folding it down small enough to get it back into the case thing it came in.
R ally impressed by this tent. It’s super easy to use and is a lifesaver for days at the beach. It's super convenient.
Great for hanging out in the shade while ensuring great airflow through all the openings. Flip the reflective roof cover to help reflect the sun. The entrance and windows have a mosquito net too!
Bought this to enjoy the outdoors with my newborn. Material is thinner than camping tents but works for our purpose. We have a backyard with full sun, and gives a place for kids to chill outside.
Cons
The product is a horrendous mess regarding folding it back. The fabric gets easily stuck in the zipper. Will not buy this type of tent again.

This is a well made product with great design.

Unless your inside or have stored all your gear, the tent in a string gust, will flip over and fly away.
My regular tent was smaller and took time to setup and take apart each use, i dreaded that.
Price
For the price, it’s so worth it.
Still though, for the cost and ease of set up i'd say its fairly worth it.
