    I set up my nikon dslr camera with a macro 11 lens and a macro light setup connected through the hotshoe and locked the ball joint so the camera was angled 5070 degrees down and i left it like that for several hours just to test the hold it never slid out of place

    Be sure you have a good hold on your camera when you loosen it to move your camera to another subject
