Quality
The only downside is its price, but overall i like this product.
with my work being online indefinitely, i was looking for a higher quality than the usual hd webcams, and this fit the bill perfectly.
The quality and settings are all i could want.
The camera has decent visual quality, and flexible angle adjustment through the remote control.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was solid, surrounded in foam so i know it didn't get banged around.
Competitiveness
(this is not the camera's fault and is easily worked around)2) this is more of a nit-pic than a dislike.
I compared it to several models i have ranging from 720 to 1080p.
I am reccomending it to all my customers that i refurb computers for.

After getting my original defective unit replaced without hassle i put the camera through its paces for about a month before writing this review

The microphone was not tested as i have a preexisting microphone in my setup

Exposurelighting sensitivity can be adjusted via software on a pc but i would have preferred more sophisticated exposure settings to be accessible via the remote control or a better autoexposure algorithm for the msrp of this camera

In the end i will be keeping the camera but hope that additional flexibility with exposure settings on the remote control will be present in a subsequent revision or model

You can zoom in and out with this camera so you can frame the view by remote control
