Pros

It seems concentrated and is bubbly. The product is not cheap, but a gallon should last a long time, mitigating the expense involved.

Two dogs are well past the potty training stage, but still have an accident on the floor. We have 2 cats that occasionally pee, *, or wipe their * mainly on the hardwood floor. This product is amazing!

Cons

First order was damaged in shipping and refunded. Other zorbx products are great.

Quality

This works well for clean up, helps to eliminate stains and odors.

I sprayed this product on there, let it sit for a minute, and wiped off with a paper towel and now the couch is good as new.

The lid on the gallon jug of zorbx was loose & the product leaked.

I didn't notice for a few days by which time the pee dried into a smelly goop.

Price

Pricey so i cut with vinegar and water to extend life.

Shipping

Only complaint is not about the product, but about amazon's shipping of the product.

Lost a little of the zorbx but fortunately other product shipped was not ruined.

Packaging/appearance

Half of the box bottom had burst the packaging tape and the bottle was close to falling out.

Also the package had apprently been dropped, cracking the bottle top and starting a slow leak.

The box and pading leave a lot to be desired.

Competitiveness

I've been using a brand name pet odor remover, but the smell of it is almost worse than the smell of pet urine.

This zorbex pet stain is okay but i like the regular zorbex better.
