    First the dvr showed up and no cameras

    I told them the complete story and in about 2 days they replied again with a tracking number telling me that they are on their way

    Cameras work great night vision all right so for picks up anything clear reflects a lot of light recording is excellent little disappointed there is no speakers hey there is no volume cant hear anything also thought it was intercom on them but there is not overall pretty good we looking for a different system that has speakers so i can hear whats going on or is being said and also i would like one that has the intercom to where i can talk to certain people that i see in the camera

    Not paying attention to if there is a phone customer service support which there isnt i wouldve went with another system
