Pros

Set up was a breeze and app works great on my samsung phone. Lots of great options including a mobile app and a desktop app. Was able to work with tech support to resolve the problem.

Operation of the internal operating system is intuitive and a breeze to use. Up and running with minimal fuss. Really blows lorex out of the water.

Best price on amazon. Would recommend. Not crazy expensive like other brands.

Cons

Easy to setup but disappointed by software functionality and incompatibility with earlier dvr models. Desktop pc versions of avss lacks functionality and support is not satisfactory. T hd was supposed to be included.

This dvr doesn't beep as loud as the q see dvr at least.

The q see dvr resetting was annoying and loud.

Was able to work with tech support to resolve the problem.

The zosi 1080p fhd dvr was well packaged.

Out of business (out support) q-see system made new i-phone useless for remote monitoring.

I easily installed a 1tb hard drive in the case.

This dvr is perfect to replace old q-see dvr.
