Cons

Zosi system is low cost but lower quality. Software is glitchy and terrible. Playback is not in hd and the quality is garbage. Resolution on dvr and tv look fine, but the resolution in the app is pretty awful.

Worthless and no more returns. Wishing i hadn't done that now.

You can't tell if they're writing it because they're in a bad mood or if the product just *. I'm in a pretty good mood, but this camera *. People will be more honest in the negative reviews unless it's a really spectacular product, which this isn't.

It took almost two weeks but worth the wait it’s all good now!

First of all i received nvr that was not functioning properly but after contacting customer service my issue was resolved.

Competitiveness

This camera is all metal and produces a great picture compared to most other cameras at this price range!

I reached out to zosi for help in setting up and switching the dvr’s account over to mine.
