Pros

Both recordings during daylight and night vision is also great. Playback, take photos or videos on your app. After i reprimanded my forgetful self with a couple light taps to the soft side of a screwdriver (this totally helps.

This brand is really good and tech support is readily. Available. All issues were resolved.

The hook up and installation is super easy. Easy to install. Everything comes well organized and individually wrapped inside a nice cardboard box like the kind you get with higher end new laptops.

Cons

The instructions are terrible. Had to add the user and password to my router to connect system never told me i was connected. The screen says it's recording but literally to what? What's the point of a wired system if there's no actual playback? I hav... Read More

Support and warranty are a joke. Camera's are smaller than advertisement overall product is not best quality.

I worked with technical support after all troubleshooting proved an issue with the board.

I've had the cameras up for a out 3 weeks and the cider quality for price is surprisingly good.

Shipping

From past experience i've learned that shipping items with a hard drive might be damaged from rough treatment along the way.

Shipping was reasonably fast and the new (not repaired) unit arrived in great shape.

Packaging/appearance

From the packaging to the night vision, this kit is awesome!

No instructions were received in the package.

As for me, it worked perfectly right out of the box.

Then i remembered i forgot to install the 4tb hard drive i bought to go with it.

Competitiveness

I installed a 1tb ssd and it worked beautifully.

I will be buying more of these to set up for my customers.

I bought 2 zosi cctv systems, wired and wireless.

I already had a wired zosi security system at home.
