Pros

Easy to set up to monitor and phones. Connecting existing cameras was as easy as plug and play. The resolution on 1080p tv and 4k tv is good. I love the clearness that the zosi dvr provided.

Quick and easy remote set up. No hassle. Start up was normal and the setup wizard was displayed. Set up wizard is very easy.

Scan to download app for phone was easy as well. The app is a little clunky but will do what's needed. Scan the code on the unit and done.

Cons

Mobile app is very choppy. Vga and hdmi output is limited. Motion playback starts a couple seconds after the trigger. Selecting a specific playback point is nearly impossible with the coarse slider.

Zosi says they will not honor warranty because i failed to provide zosi receipt before warranty expired. Returned it after 2 days of wasting my time fighting with it.

Do not buy zosi anything. Their products are garbage. Pick any other brand of dvr, armrest maybe.

Shipping

So i sent an email and got my questions and help quick from slina.

My system i sent back arrived to them on a friday and within minutes i had a tracking number with my new system in.

I notified zosi on may 31, 2022 that the dvr i received on june 9, 2021 had failed.

The shipping was fast, arrived a day early.

Packaging/appearance

I'd give it a five star if the quick start guide booklet that came with the package was more detailed.
