Pros

I have this going up my wall into my attic and back down to my crawlspace. This product performs as expected and is reasonably priced.

Cons

Problems with a constantly rebooting system by itself. If power goes out it take hours, sometimes days to reboot. When you need to access quickly, the app takes very long to refresh and update.

This cable is junk. My other cables are cheap onn brand and they’ve held up fine. Pricey dummies tho.

T hd was supposed to be included. This is the worst dvr i’ve ever owned. But then none of the cameras were being recorded.

Took them a month to send me a new one. Will return for a refund. Very, very, very frustrating.

It has good resolution for this price point.

As mentioned by other customers - the price is value for a 8 channel dvr.

Easy set up jar was great weee hours of the morning got a friendly wonderful customer service rep.

However, when i sent an inquiry to zosi customer service - jar replied was always timely and have solved all my issues.

Initially i received a defective cable, i contacted customer service and they sent me another one, the product is good.

Competitiveness

I had an older dvr from another company and the app is no longer compatible with my phone.

This replaced an older dvr of a different brand that had a failed hard drive and reception issues.

However, we left the this camera up because the picture quality is so much better than the previous camera and especially at night.
