Pros

Easy to install to drop ceiling tiles using included screws and plastic anchors. Poe is the way to go. It saves time to keep it simple and easy.

The camera is a piece of junk. Nonexistent what so ever. The connecting cables are weak.

When i try to do a playback it shows the time on 24hr format. The app doesn't allow you to forward your ports. It rejects all port forwarding to force you to use their app.

The product description is misleading if not fraudulent at best. This is an inferior product and cs is clueless.
