Pros

Zosi cameras are amazing. Dvr is a good basic unit for the price.

High quality product and top notch customer service. Their support is reliable. On a seperate note, the reason i kept going to zosi system is the ease of use of their user interface / phone app.

This is an update to a review i had posted previously. Will update full review shortly. Thank you amazon.

Cons

The system itself is decent for the price but has a lot of glitches with the app used to view the cameras. It is very cumbersome to install and use.

Zosi 1tb dvr does not connect to the internet. The ios app is useless. The app is not compatible to newer versions of android phones.

Tiny screws make it super frustrating to tighten and secure camera angles. Seems crooked to me. Detects very little of any motion. Shows nothing but a fence post on my fence.
