I contacted zosi and they promptly answered my email and i had a new camera in about a week.

Within two days of me dropping the system box off at ups the new system box was on my door step.

Setup time was quick for the hardware, but took time to fine tune items.

Packaging/appearance

The item was packaged well, with little space to move around.

The only thing they should change is the way the cables for the cameras are packaged, they are crimped, easy to cause wires to break.
