Great camera, updated from factory camera that failed, fantastic picture, plug and play!
Very good product and an excellent tech services.
This camera did not work correctly, and the zosi support team was great in providing direction to test all possibilities to get it to work.
I initially purchased a different model from this brand that began to malfunction after 2 days.

Good price for a great quality camera
I have been using them to replace old analog cameras at several facilities and for the price point they can not be beat!

Shipping
I received it in a couple days and this one has worked out well so far.
They offered to send out this model as a replacement, and shipped it out the same day.
Sadly, it did not, and received a return label and just shipped it back for a replacement.
I contacted customer service, and without hesitation, the agent that i got at zosi, louis, was able to ship out two replacement cameras.

The night vision on this is much better than any other camera that i have tested.

Was very happy to receive my new cameras although now ill have to order a new dvr that will have enough channels for all my cameras but thats after christmas lol

Does pretty well light and dark but it is sensitive to interference on the power line

Cable connection was on the loose side but i just crimped down on the power wire to correct this
