Pros
The system is very easy to setup and the quality of the product feels better than the previous version. All in all, it’s a superior upgrade from the old one. Then be sure to assign a new gmail app using other or custom.
Camera quality is very good in daylight and nightlight. Video image is very clear even after upconverting on a uhd tv. I'm so very pleased, the video quality is so much better than the 720p system that i replaced.
Everything works as advertised. The product is exactly the published. Everything working well now. The responsive support is awesome.
Cons
It is advertised as recording 8 channels at 15fps at 1080p. Night vision is so grainy you can’t see person well enough for identification.
Customer support is awful! They seam to play games, and then say there is no problem after lots of emails. There is no warranty, or service after sale. Their servers obviously have issues, and they don’t seem to care enough to fix them.
Tech support says to reboot but issues still persists. The operating system is very difficult to navigate.

So far, so good, the price is right, the cameras work great, and dvr setup, including the mobile app all work as advertised.
You cant beat them for the price.

I actually wired up the cameras and hooked it up without even having a tv or monitor to see what i was doing
