4 star, because promised 4x100 ft of cable, i got 4x50 ft now i have to shop for extra longer cable.

I had a problem with the hard drive on the system and contacted customer support 6 months after purchase.

    She sent me a replacement dvr that will accept 8 cameras instead of 4 because it was going to take a while to get the 4 camera dvr
