Well,so far i am impressed with this inexpensive 4 cam,1 dvr setup!
This system is definitely a good value for the money.
This product has great bang for the buck as it is produced by a major supplier of video surveillance equipment.

Customer service replied within days to help me correct my issues!
Shipped defective nvr together with 2 tb hdd/ power adaptor/mouse on dec 19.
Worked ok was delivered on time after a minor hiccup.

The box has a handle,then the 2 boxes inside (dvr & cams) have handles.

Only issue is the anchors for the screws should be about 2 or 3 grades better than what they are had to use some i had because they wouldnt even hold the camera up

At first i thought the night vision was bad but turns out i had the camera angled too close to the house and the ir light reflecting off of the house messed with the camera

I went to the zosi site and was able to chat with one of the representatives that took me step by step very patiently i might add through a process that would have been pretty complicated if it were not for the professional accurate instructions that the rep provided
