Pros

Zosi support team is always helpful and responding promptly to customer queries. The customer service is super, responsive and professional. It works without issues.

It minimizes false alarms and ensures that i only receive notifications when something important is happening. It is very useful when the other end cannot operate a smart phone. The app interface seems to be pretty intuitive and self explanatory.

Camera has very clear visibility. Built-in infrared lights blend in with white trim of the house. Motion detection and lights a bit confusing.

Dvr *, user friendly but requires too much patience. There is no reset button on the camera as the instructions show.

The system is not wireless, and there is no wire leading to the wifi. Will not connect outside of home. Says system is offline. Appears to connect fine to wifi but will not transmit over internet.

So got on to there app found the help spot got in a live chat with jar and got it fix fast.

I live in the caribbean so there is no need for me bias on my review because i had to purchase and then pay for it to be shipped.

Contacted customer service and got a replacement and back up.

I'm glad i did,this works great and the app is so much better than zmodo.

We've had similar cameras in the past from samsung & compared to zosi they were junk.
