The cameras arrived right on time and are the best replacements for the dome cameras i currently have.
3 new cameras arrived a few days later, i swapped them out and sent the old ones back.
Customer service promptly addressed a problem with one of the cameras that occurred recently.
I contacted zosi customer service and got a response within a few hours from a very helpful person named slina.

An agent name, rainbow, initiate the replacement for me and send other adapters for back up as well.
