I came across this dvr system while i was looking for a dvr system for my home but was skeptical about this product quality due to the low price but because the specs was simular to the more expensive ones and also has remote viewing i thought id give this a try they have excellent customer service because one of my cams stopped working after about 2 week i contacted customer service by email and asked where can i buy a new cam and told them one of them stopped working and they sent me a new cam out right a way free you will see in the photo one cam is not working the new one the sent out will be in today excellent customer service love the system and the excellent customer serviceupdate got the new cam and it is a better it is the 4 in one you can see at this link below it you get a system i would get the 4 in one cams or the 1080p see the photos of the cams photo 1 is the cam it comes with the system and photo 2 is of the 4 in one camhttpswww

Picture quality is good but motion detection is a little quirky

Everything seems to be working fine i have not had the opportunity to check wifi and networking yet

During installation one of the cameras fell and shattered the glass they were quick to get back to me and help replace the camera

These cameras are 5mp and it really made a huge difference in night vision especially as our old system was so dark you couldnt see much past 6 feet and was of no help at all in identifying people who came in our driveway
