Pros

Customers need to do the upgrade on sit. This is quite surprising for customers buying a brand new product. This camera does everything it replaced and is easier to manually adjust due to it not using tiny allen head screws that the swann camera has. ... Read More

The ability to select one of 4 modes makes them perfect for so many different kinds of recorders. Easy to install and connect to most cctv units. Great for an older analog system like mine.

Cons

A waste of over $600 on a malfunctioning unit. I am so disappointed because they advertise this great quality but that is not the case. Which defeats the whole purpose for getting them. Tha product is junk.

The system is constantly rebooting which makes it unavailable for mobile viewing. Playback is so *. Documentation is sparse and/or scattered about.

The quality of the cameras are not that goos either. All randomly restart several times per day. It does this every few minutes emitting a beep that freaks my toddler out.

One has what appears to be condensation inside the lens with subpar night vision. One camera keeps blending the colors so that you cannot see the picture clearly. My 10 year old cameras have waaaaaaay better picture.

Very happy with the support and dvr, wireless camera, and all cameras and app works flawlessly.

Issue with dvr restarting even after attempts to upgrade.

My previous samsung system had better engineering and software, but they do not maintain it any longer, or the old samsung ddns.

Price

These cameras are great for the value, especially if you have an older "analog" system like mine.

Surprisingly hard to find at a decent price.

It was cost/beneficial, and i ask too much of it.

After exchanging a couple emails with slina & ariana to prove that old cameras were broken, i was shipped replacements.
