I will say that the pc tool still isnt amazing but its perfectly servicablethings you should knowalwayson recording for a single camera consumes approximately 15gb of hard disk space per 24 hours with the default settings

The unit emits no noise its self its all emitted by the hard disk you fit or that is prefitted if you buy that version if you used a solid state disk it would be silent

My car is visible onscreen and the number plate is not readable it glows so brightlyyou require two mains plug sockets to operate this system three if you want to power a screen nearby
